We Are Canadian!

 

We are Canadian!

Government says, choices, are not ours to make,

that Canadian freedoms are theirs to take,

well, we do not agree to their vaccine pass,

nor their attitude, mandates, lockdowns or masks.

We’re all gathered here from across the nation,

on Parliament hill to vent our frustration,

this fringe minority now here in preview,

we’re Canadian patriots unlike you.

Did you see the bridges, highways and home towns?

packed with cheering people against your lockdowns,

did you hear our children and feel their pain?

the futures you took in your bullshit campaign.

Did you feel the tears in the ones you’ve destroyed?

the nurses and truckers no longer employed,

for refusing a shot that might end their life,

since when are our bodies the governments fife?

You’ve destroyed our lives by your mandated views,

divided the country with C.B.C. news,

all that you’ve done has created divisions,

and destroyed our fabric with your decisions.

I’m a Canadian, and I’ve had enough,

there’s millions more like me, this isn’t a bluff,

so many have gathered, just to let you know,

WE DO NOT COMPLY, Mr. Justin Trudeau!
