Cycles and Rhythms

Cycles and rhythms begin from one’s birth

with the gifting of life on planet earth

cycles that stage with the moon and the sun

regardless of time or where we come from.

A patterned series that brings lows and highs

from beginning of life to the day we die

we’re a rhythmic heartbeat that grows and learns

sinusoidal wave forms with peaks and turns.

Awareness, intuition, essence, strength

emotion, intellect all have a length

timing is different but sometimes converge

and through these patterns our cycles emerge.

The patterns of life, in the things we do

repeat in numbers to make it all true

it might be sports or multiple careers

cycles have stages and a length in years.

Those years are your numbers, special in you

revealed in birthdates or nemesis too

all can be measured, put on a scale

every victory or when you fail.

Think of achievements, your get up and go

days when your energy is high or low

as emotional stages rise and fall

our biorhythms can address it all.

One’s basic emotions, strengths and needs

are better dealt with when positive leads

and once you’ve mastered the timing of peaks

apply a set of strategic techniques.

Cycles and rhythms in emotional flow

with peaks and valleys that help us to grow

your spark is electric from heart to mind

bring interesting moments when all are aligned.

About this Poem: The theory of biorhythm starts from the fact that since birth, man, or more precisely, his emotional, physical and intellectual abilities pass through favorable, unfavorable and critical moments. One easy way to understand or recognize the biorhythm is when you notice there are days when you feel good with no apparent reason.

Biorhythms describe energy levels and the capacity for performance on 3 Primary levels: physical, emotional and intellectual.

The emotional biorhythm governs the nervous system and lasts for 28 days. The same length as the Moon's cycle. It relates to one’s emotional stability or stress level which influences our emotional states, affecting love/hate, optimism/pessimism, passion/coldness, depression/elation.

The intellectual biorhythm lasts for 33 days and relates to one’s mental capabilities, creativity, and aptitude to solve problems. The cycle influences our memory, alertness, speed of learning, reasoning ability and accuracy of computation.

The physical biorhythm lasts for 23 days and is related to your physical energy, strength, health, stamina.

The cycle effects the physical aspect of the body and encompasses one’s energy level, resistance, and ones overall physical strength and endurance. The cycle influences physical factors such as eye-hand coordination, strength, endurance, and resistance to disease. During the negative half of cycle, you are likely to have less energy and less vitality.

There are 4 Secondary Bio-rhythms that can also measured in cycles: Spiritual (53 days), Awareness (48 days), Aesthetic (43 days), Intuition (38 days)

Biorhythms are calculated using simple math and graphing the data over a cycle of time

Definition: Sinusoidal is a word used to describe the mathematical wave form or pattern of the sine wave. It can also be used to describe blood flow to the body’s organs or in AC electronics where one cycle begins at zero, peaks to a maximum positive point, descends towards the zero, then to the maximum negative point and back to the zero point. The form is based on a unit of time where 1/Time = frequency and is applicable to everything including the many different cycles within our star.

Wars begin by envious eyes

from business ventures in demand

resource nations become the prize

for greedy interests to expand.

Detailed plans create a feeder

on the people of the nation

focus trained on foreign leader

Satan made by their creation.

Allies courted behind closed doors

where power breathes life into greed

reveal their plans for foreign shores

informing of their mutual need.

Arms are twisted behind the scenes

forcing partners to climb aboard

by economic threats and schemes

targets laid out in broad accord.

Planned diversions do then unfold

in nations fraught by envy’s eyes

insecurities then take hold

where violence begins to rise.

Outrage feigned by antagonist

tough sanctions waged and then invoked

preaching like an evangelist

escalation to war is stoked.

Depravations begin to sting

by gang of nations in a block

unrest follows by pains they bring

with coups well funded by the hawk.

Insurrection that they bankroll

calls for freedom backed with fire

divided nation is their goal

in a sea of molten ire.

Troops deployed on foreign border

mediums broadcast, threats are made

capitulate to their world order

pressures mount by war games played.

Criminal banks confirm their theft

confiscation of their assets

provokes to action with nothing left

offensive fly-by’s now with jets.

Target nation stabbed in the back

whom call to arms their motherland

they brace themselves before attack

enlarge their armory by command.

Confrontation does then ensue

outrage staged by the offender

support then sought through TV views

call to public, their defender.

Selective lies for public shock

actors plead and then implore

tough as nails in doctrine talk

to seek approval for a war.

Fabrications to bend the mind

population will acknowledge

information is all maligned

by a long false common knowledge.

Vermillion lips so flush with greed

judge and jury with their demands

crave for riches beyond their needs

deliver death to other lands.

Wars unleashed by the banking hawk

rhetoric stroked to their extremes

allies pulled in to form a bloc

nightmares unfold while future screams.

Innocent people caught between

violent conflicts and greedy schemes

with no way out of this ravine

except rebellion to their theme.

About this Poem: In the modern age, war begins by a control of information. (Information wars). The fabrication of information and the censorship of inconvenient truths are used for the purpose of creating a false common knowledge in the public. Once the enemy has been created, a false narrative is then inserted that rhymes with the long program to strengthen the narrative against the enemy.

When a block of nations begins pushing the same narrative, a geo-political war begins to unfold through sanctions, trade wars, an arms race and then military wars. These wars can sometimes be in the guise of a proxy war, war on terror, planned insurrections, coup or assassination attempts.

It is worth noting that all wars are economic in nature where politics is an extension of economics and war is an extension of politics. In the end we must ask who benefits and what did they profit by waging their war.

In western nations,

state lines are drawn,

people divided,

by medium spawn.

The wars they started,

come home to roost,

where memory’s long,

divisions induced.

The fall is coming,

spirits have dropped,

by tide of darkness,

that cannot be stopped.

Gather your courage,

harvest the moon,

batten the hatches,

protect your commune.

For looming closer,

the zero sum,

a swirling storm,

where it started from.

Remember your oath,

throughout the weather,

we survive the route,

working together.

Before it's All Too Late

 

Before it’s All Too Late

Gliding through space and time,

evolving, birth to death,

moments, thoughts, reflected,

of mankind’s dying breath.

All unfolds, surreal dream,

with lifetime, to make right,

weighty task to fix the world,

reverse its deadly plight.

A dead licentious spire,

civilization gone,

cities lay in decay,

in the nemesis dawn.

Answers in the ruins,

where victor’s words are sung,

compiled in debris,

the book of what was done.

Glaring in omissions,

of moral common sense,

plays in opposition,

to silence and pretense.

Industries empowered,

political decrees,

carried out desires,

that no one claimed to see.

Oceans fate, void of life,

a horror that unfolds,

feeds the burning forests,

of brittle bracken Wolds.

Fate that has not happened,

but will with status quo,

wake from all the damage,

and change what drives it so.

Time is short for us all,

a torus deals our fate,

end the madness and the greed,

before its all too late.

Battle of the Donbass

 

Battle of the Donbass

The airwaves are live, cameras are on,

covers the rising bi-polar dawn,

sanctions are cast, energy is played,

inflation begins, history is made.

Bold statements made by politicians,

of fuel supplies, deadly munitions,

moral integrity, clearly gone,

while western media cheers them on.

Biden mumbles and follows the script,

lend lease two, from American crypt,

billions of dollars flushed down the drain,

hyper inflation comes to Ukraine.

Control drags on from U.S. backed coup,

while NATO makes haste to follow through,

Russia has taken a solemn oath,

to stand for itself, and stop them both.

Weapons pour in on Euro rails,

a proxy war with weapons sales,

old treaties waning including START,

Zelensky plays his murderous part.

Russia steps up and takes full control,

protecting the east, and Slavic soul,

while NATO arms belligerent ghouls,

mercenaries taught in their schools.

The rush is on, to cut off supplies,

pincers in Donbass, terrors demise,

encircled twice, calls for surrender,

victory looms for Donbass defender.

From Reni prime to Russian Border,

Donbass returns to peaceful order,

with borders drawn, Ukraine split in two,

nothing’s left of the U.S. backed coup.

Except in Kiev, hard lines remain,

cauldrons of anger called the Ukraine,

there’s no way back from what they have done,

the nightmare’s over, Russia has won.

Europe stands firm, stock markets are down,

inflation, stagflation they all drown,

hubris embraced, American game,

another conflict by the insane.

and in this time, they tally the cost,

the staggering debt, what they have lost,

infightings close the E.U. borders,

while poverty ends their world order.

Around the world, supply lines go down,

lockdowns in China, in every town,

global order in total collapse,

energy supplies redraw the maps.

Gas lines are empty, transit has stopped,

economies broken, members dropped,

E.U. in tatters, U.S. enraged,

fallen demons, in nuclear age.

The E.U. shatters, nations break free,

join the union around the Black Sea,

lend lease kicks in, to lock up Ukraine,

diminished state, no longer the same.

POTUS Biden, removed from power,

global war in eleventh hour,

E.U. joins in, the commonwealth too,

make one last stand before they are through.

A suicide pact of confusion,

madness embraced in an illusion,

for sun then sets on their empires,

while Europe burns, consumed by fire.

About this Quatrain Poem: When you know who and what runs the world, including the ways in which they operate, it’s easy to forecast and make predictions about the future.

However, when people are not informed on two sides of an argument, or indeed the history of the argument or conflict, the opinions and conclusions that materialize from the resulting analysis, are prone to error with a lack of vision. In essence, they are uninformed and misguided opinions and lack the knowledge of what is really going on.

As I wrote in my second book, “The Activist Poet Vol 2”, the mainstream media have a lot to answer for as I blame them directly for misinforming western audiences for many decades.

The resource wars that people have endured around the world over the past 20 years are a testament to this conclusion; that the mainstream media are responsible for the crimes against humanity perpetrated by western powers on the innocent people…millions could have been spared the horrors they faced had the mainstream media done their jobs…

A very important example of this, is the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. The media played a large role in the demonization of Russia while hiding the belligerent elements supported by western powers. The war in Ukraine did not just start in 2022 but started in 2014 when a violent western backed coup removed the democratically elected government of Ukraine which then launched a genocide on Russian speaking Ukrainians with ancestral and cultural connections to Russia. An important fact left out by mainstream media.

I consider myself informed on the situation in Ukraine because I have followed what has been going on there since 2014 and earlier, while also reading and learning about the history of the region. But I have also studied and followed the economic trends, global politics and have seen, by personal experience, how corporate economics works and operates in Europe, Canada and America. I was a lean manufacturing specialist working with CEO’s, CFO’s and their corporate bottom lines, so I understand how, and by what means, economic growth works.

The poem above predicts the conclusion of the War in Ukraine based on my analysis of the events that have led up to Russia’s direct involvement and moral commitment to protect its people. The poem also touches on the break up of the European Union due to heavy handed American economic pressure that forces nations to cut off all business ties with Russia including the energy sector of oil and gas which Europe relies upon heavily. I mean, simply stated, without cheap energy, there is no economy and so the pressures that will arise in the near future, by citizens at home and in the individual European nations will force their governments to break away from the totalitarian European union that controls all aspects of their economic future…there’s no future without energy and there’s even less of it when global oil and gas can no longer fill demand.

The problem facing Europe, and everyone else for that matter, is that there is no replacement for lost energy in a world no longer able to supply global energy demand which is why I have touched briefly on the state of Global economics. The global economic machine is breaking down and is in an advanced state of decline.

Tensions are rising and so we will see a continuation of events that will ultimately kill oil demand as we see energy prices go through the roof along with inflation…and you know that the global order will continue to use their fabricated pandemic to kill energy demand as we are seeing in China where whole cities such as the 26 million residents of Shanghai are being locked down and not allowed to leave their homes, not even for groceries. It’s been a month and so if you understand economics well enough, you will know that global trade, which thrives through China’s annual 8% growth rate has come to a complete stop. Shanghai is the busiest container port in China…the feedback loop will be seen down the road as inflation rises, energy prices continue to spike and supply lines continue to break…(We’re already there).

Shanghai is not the only Chinese city to be locked down either and there are many more on the way. Long disruptions will also lead to food shortages in these Chinese cities and food shortages lead to revolt. The same can be said when you analyze energy shortages and how they effect economics, inflation, decisions and food supply. It may be believed that China is locking down it’s citizens for a flu virus but in reality, there is panic behind the government curtain regarding the shortage of energy, the cost of it and the interrupted supply chains.

The decision to lockdown cities of tens of millions of people brings with it a safety, security and logistics nightmare which have really serious consequences and the potential for massive revolt.

That is why, even in the west, we are seeing fascist totalitarianism in countries like Australia, New Zealand, France and Canada, and why we are seeing a huge rise in energy prices, massive inflation and a rise in poverty…but that’s a theme for the next quatrain poem. 😉

Alas, We All Descend

On forest shores where rolling waves,

ride sun sets fast on crimson red,

tomorrow finds another day,

where screams of anguish count their dead.

The Azov Sea so stained with blood,

mount their crimes from memories past,

with vengeful tales all swallowed whole,

from nightmares gone all meant to last.

Another plague of tarnished souls,

they rise again, from blackened sea,

from foreign lands and days of old,

these nightmares press, for World War three.

Like orcs they swarm, and raze the land,

break all the laws that God has made,

while sewing clouds of doom and fear,

Azov monsters, Kiev brigade.

Donetsk, Lugansk, they stand their ground,

fend off attack, break their advance,

the salt of earth protects their home,

from U.S. NATO, Britain, France.

Eight years later the horde remains,

with genocide firm in their plans,

the Azov demons show their face,

with NATO weapons in their hands.

The Rus steps in before they act,

to break the Kiev Baphomet,

they grab the demon by the throat,

despite the sanctions or their threat.

As war plays out across Ukraine,

the U.S. plays its twisted game,

accuse the Russians of war crimes,

through covert ops they place the blame.

A sanctions war begins to bite,

by U.S. fiscal plans unfurled,

the global market splits in two,

while tensions mount across the world.

Occupation sets in E.U.,

across Ukraine a war in bloom,

through bankrupt leaders in U.S.,

the world descends unto its doom.

As energy no longer flows,

the lockdown waves begin to form,

all will suffer the broken lines,

Chinese cities begin the storm.

Inflation rips our dreams to shreds,

while food costs break the south and East,

oppression, claims the north and west,

the passport game, mark of the beast.

About this Poem: Most people really do not know what is going on in the world, mostly because they've relied on mainstream media to form their opinions over the years, but also because there is massive censorship put in place by search engines, social media platforms government and state / corporate media. However, the truth is out there if you are someone that doesn't like being lied to and need to know. Both sides of a story must be viewed to understand what is actually happening.

I'm putting this news archive together because all of it was erased from the internet...so far, it covers the beginning of the destruction of Ukraine and the western backed coup there that sparked a civil war which has now drawn in Russia and threatens to engulf the world...

The world is on the edge of a knife where the global population hangs from a thread…decisions being made by those in power are based on pure greed with a complete disregard for life, humanity, and our future. We are in the hands of madmen…

Lighting Candles

Blue paintbrush spells the atmospheres,

across the purple hemispheres,

where rising tides plan safety lines,

and greedy NATO lay's their mines.

Western Europe feigns on the fence,

as U.S. plans their next offense,

all helped by U.K. coroner,

while blocking Russia’s corridor.

As Europe bleeds for energy,

it shakes the western synergy,

as fuels required for their growth,

gas and oil, they need them both.

So, Russia builds its harmony,

with Nord Stream two to Germany,

while NATO members place their tanks,

and sanction Russia with their banks.

The Polish coup comes into play,

the U.S. gas hub wants its say,

to squeeze all Europe to the bone,

prepare their war throughout the zone.

Broken pipelines run through Ukraine,

where tensions mount, by Europe’s strain,

that came from US sponsored coup,

a vassal state by you know who.

Joe Biden plans to frack their land,

to keep them hostage by demand,

insisting they bow down to him,

another tale by brothers Grimm.

A NATO stockpile in Ukraine,

where tensions mount and cause the strain,

a blitzkrieg buildup, nod by France,

on Donetsk Republic and Lugansk.

The Ukraine Nazi’s rising spell,

will cast the world back into hell,

if eyes are shut and back is turned,

your freedoms all, will have been burned.

When war does come in red and black,

they’ll bomb the pipelines in attack,

to set the stage for global war,

but you should know that, heretofore.

About this Poem:

The US is currently behind Kiev Ukraine's push into the east of the country surrounding the Lugansk and Donetsk regions. All of this is in response to the Russian energy supply to Europe via Nord Stream II which is scheduled to be completed this year 2021 (5% left to go). Russia is seeing a lot more sanctions because of it and also a lot of air and sea interference by Poland.

Poland has become a very expensive US Hub for Natural Gas; currently shipped to them by a pipeline of ocean tankers from the US which is supposed to supply Europe at 3 times the price of Russian Gas.

If and when Nord Stream II comes online, US controlled Ukraine will lose their hold on the old Russian energy transit corridor across Ukraine into Europe. Biden had also intended to frack the hell out of Ukraine as well, to supply Europe with gas. No doubt Poland is also involved with the U.S. plan to supply Europe with gas. Therefore, the closer we get to the completion of Nord Stream II, the closer we are to war. How far will the U.S. go?

Fascist Ukraine is building up their forces in the Lugansk & Donetsk region at a ratio of 3 or 4 to 1, in preparation for what can only be seen as a blitzkrieg victory over the eastern states while Russia has vowed to protect these regions.

Eastern Europe is now a tinderbox waiting for a match so I hope everyone in the world understands how dangerous this situation is. If western backed Ukraine continues to act like a pariah and starts a war on the eastern republics then there will most likely be an additional attack on the Russia to Germany Nord Stream II gas pipeline...any such incident would be considered an attack on Russia and then we move to very dangerous times.

Be Forewarned and Aware

Days of dark insanity, brings the world calamity,

unleashed now are the demons of the Kell,

they destroy our faithful peace, while our freedoms end and cease,

and greedy violence turns the Earth to hell.

Attacking peaceful protests, police command the process,

our rights and freedoms vanquished under ground,

deceiving politicians, proclaim their false positions,

excused by hidden interests of the crown.

So many are distracted, held captive and impacted,

by TV robots schooling mind and thought,

media fans disruptions, they hide all the corruptions,

directing viewers to the melting pot.

Military ferocious, their malcontent atrocious,

belligerence unleashed across the world,

they invade the oil lands, drinking dry the desert sands,

and praise the violent crimes that they’ve unfurled.

Seek truth in your direction, wisdom for your reflection,

your common sense will serve you and not fail,

just question all the lies, pay attention to the ties,

be hopeful and determined, not for sale.

Trust your inner knowledge, it serves you as a college,

the choices are within and yours to make,

beware of masked illusions, their darkness and delusions,

the safety of your world will be at stake.
