Twilight

Twilight

Twilight beckons,
before the rains,
glowing brighter,
as daytime wanes.

I linger here,
in land of snow,
where dark turns light,
and shadows glow.

Radiance shines,
and hugs the dawn,
brilliant umbra,
perception spawned.

Conscience lingers,
to mend my wings,
spirit glowing,
as essence sings.

With thoughts complete,
to make me one,
eternity,
with rising sun.

Twilight Definition: The soft light in the sky seen before the rising and (especially) after the setting of the sun, occasioned by the illumination of the earth’s atmosphere by the direct rays of the sun and their reflection on the earth
